Reporting a fault

You can raise a fault report directly to Nervecentre Support.

This must not replace your internal processes. Report any issues to your internal IT department first. The issue might not be related to Nervecentre directly.

Reporting a fault on a mobile
  1. View your settings.

    • On iOS, select More > Settings.

    • On Android, select > Settings.

  1. Select Report a fault.

    • On iOS, select Options > Report a fault.

    • On Android, select > Report a fault.

  2. Enter details of the issue, including your name and contact details.

  3. Select an option.

    • To send the report to Nervecentre, select Send Log.

    • To cancel, select Don't Send.

Reporting a fault on a desktop
  1. From the left-hand menu, select > Report a Fault.

  2. Select a reason from the list.

  3. Enter any additional information, including your name and contact details.

  4. Select an option.

    • To send the report to Nervecentre, select Send.

    • To cancel, select Cancel.
